We take a lot of time and effort in making sure your corals are packaged in the safest manner possible so they can reach your tank with the least amount of stress. Heat packs and cold packs are utilized depending on the weather. Insulation is used on all packaging.

 

We want to make sure the shipping time is reduced as much as possible. For that reason, we send all livestock using FedEx Priority Overnight. Guaranteed to arrive by 10:30AM in most parts of the country and by 5:00PM in some rural areas.

 

 If you need to schedule a special shipping day, that's not a problem. Let us know in the comment box when you check out.

 

Shipping is $49.95. You must be present to sign for the package on first delivery attempt on the package or the DOA guarantee becomes void.

 

 FedEx delays due to weather or mechanical failure which result in loss of livestock will not be covered under guarantee. We do not credit or refund any shipping cost.

 

Livestock is guaranteed to arrive alive. If item does not arrive alive, contact us via email with clear pictures of the item in the bag. By reading this customer agrees that they will not open the bag if item appears to be dead on arrival. A clear picture of dead item will be sent via email 1 HR after packages arrival. Opening bag and taking picture of dead item will void all guarantees no exceptions. If we deem the item to be deceased or defective, a credit will be applied to your account.

We do ship to Alaska but we require packages be sent to a local FedEx near you to be held for pickup.
