Shipping

  • How much is shipping?

-Shipping is a flat $49.95 to anywhere in the continental US.

  • How many corals is the max to put into the same $49.95 shipment?

-It depends of the size of corals, and how much water they require.

  • If my order takes up several boxes, do I have to pay additional box charges?

-Yes, shipping is based per box. For large orders (over $1000) contact us before purchasing.

  • Why is a signature required to receive my shipment? Can this be waived?

-This is required for your order to be covered under our livestock guarantee, as it allows us to track when your package was delivered. If your order is not delivered on the first delivery attempt there is simply no way we can guarantee your livestock since they will be subject to unnecessary and unknown climate, etc. If you'd like us to waive the "signature required" on your order, we can, but you agree that our livestock guarantee will not apply to that order.

 Ordering

  • Can you hold my order for a while?

-Yes, for a maximum time of one week. Our aquaculture facility has limited real estate and we need to make room for new pieces once they sell. If you happen to miss a piece that you liked, let us know and we'll do our best to get it for you.

  • I'm looking for something in particular. Will you special order it for me?

-We’ll do our best to find it for you. Teamwork makes the dream work.

  • I just placed an order. When will I receive it?

-Your order will be packed and shipped the next business day after you place your order, and then you'll receive the order the day after that. If your order is placed on Thursday, your order will be shipped on Monday unless you choose Saturday delivery. If you have any special requests as to when you want your order shipped or delivered, just let us know in the comments box when you place your order.

  • Can I place an order over the phone or email?

-Absolutely! Just give us a call or email us and we’ll be glad to guide you through your order.

  • Can I cancel an order that I have already placed?

-Yes, but only if your order hasn't already shipped. Once your order has been shipped the sale is final. If you want to cancel an order that has not shipped, you can do so but there will be a 20% restocking fee. We know that sounds like a lot, but it is A LOT of work for us to cancel your order, re-photo the corals, put them back on our website, etc. This is an extremely labor-intensive process for us.

  • Can I have my corals delivered on Saturday?

-We can definitely make that happen! There is a 15 dollar fee.

Inventory

  • Do you sell fish?

-Our retail store in West Melbourne stocks a wide variety of saltwater fish. However, we only ship coral from our aquaculture facility. Everything we ship will be on our website.

  • Will your corals look like they do in your pictures?

-All of our corals are photographed under Ecotech Marine XR15 G5 LED Lighting.

  • My coral doesn’t look like they do in the pictures. Why not?

-We do our best to ensure that the corals ship with the least amount of stress possible, but we all know that occasionally packages can ship very rough. Your new animal may have experienced a good amount of stress and needs time to acclimate to its new home.

  • Do you have corals that aren’t on your website?

-We hope to increase aquaculturing corals to help meet the demands of the reefing community. To achieve this goal certain corals may be held back and released at a later date.

  • How do I find out when you have sales?

-Best way to keep updated is through social media, Instagram/facebook..etc.

  • How come you sell your ORA corals on those black and white plastic plugs?

-ORA is well known for their signature black and white plugs. Black frag plug indicates that coral was grown in the Florida aquaculture facility. The white plastic plugs indicate that it was cultured in the Marshal Island Facility. If you didn’t get a black/white plastic plug then it didn't come directly from ORA facility.

  • I just saw a new coral added to the site but I've already placed an order! Can I add more corals to that order before it ships to save on shipping?

- If it hasn’t been shipped yet then there is no problem with adding to your order. We strongly suggest reaching out to us quickly via email or social media to make sure we catch it!
